Thanks for the report. I plan to get by tomorrow and then to the Town Center too. I have paid balance now. I think my SA is out. He usually is off on Tuesday. I also want to check on the construction progress of out new V3 Supercharger. Really looking forward to having that one close by.

My accessories arrived yesterday too. I ordered guards for behind the wheels to prevent paint damage. Also a drawer for center console to store sunglasses.

Still waiting for floor mats to arrive.
I stopped by the SC again to make sure all the figures were right when it came time to pick up our car. I spoke with the delivery agent and he said my car is slated for delivery to the SC on Sunday. So my guess is yours is on the same truck as mine. And those white ones in the showroom are not ours 🤣

It is here! May I present to you, SNOOPY!

Got dragged into a meeting shortly after delivery, so I haven't gone over the checklist yet, but the wait is finally over!

I'm thinking about combing back through some earlier pages in the delivery threads...the ones where people are posting their daily updates. Based on my own data (throwing out the 1-10 weeks FOD for the 3+ weeks), I'm betting there's a nice little linear regression formula to smooth/take out the daily estimate bumps...would probably have to be catered per region and if a tow hitch is selected.

And I'm guessing VIN assignment would be the more accurate thing to target, then just add 5-7 days. I don't have enough data yet on my order, as those regression lines have a bit too tight of range...since it says I should be getting a car any day, which is not likely.
Regression only gives you something that has a connection to reality if the samples represent an actual noisy trend, not just BS.

Here's my own history of estimates. I ordered on March 26 (same day as you), but my estimated delivery date now is farther away than it was a month ago when I ordered. Linear regression actually gives me a trend steeper than 1, which means the delivery is getting farther every day, ergo I'll never get a car.

Hi, glad to be a new Tesla member. I placed my order April 19th and was given a delivery date of first 3 weeks in June. Psyched, and recently this was updated to May 19th thru June 8th. Now, REALLY psyched. Currently have on order for installation my home charger (qualified electrician is choosing, for now - backordered- a "Chargepoint" unit. Hoping that is okay. Also, now finding myself in the Tesla accessories store trying to hold back on my spending splurge as I found I did after I purchased my drone. Anyway, glad to be aboard.

I keep reading that people do not know they even have a VIN unless they check the Tesla site?

Ordered on 4/17 and found a new inventory car pop up near me (Bay area CA, VIN 1742xx) with same config (MY LR, 5 seat, blue on black, no tow, 20”). It has “less than 50“ miles on the odo. I’ve seen a bunch appear randomly over the past two weeks and they get snapped up within a couple of hours of release. I grabbed this one with a new RN so I’m dual pathed now with a custom config + this inventory car.

This is our fourth Tesla (all were purchased new) but it’s been a year or so since we owned one.

Are new inventory cars a red flag in any way? Extra time on the checklist at delivery is a given I assume.

I'm in Atlanta as well. Ordered 3/26. Same config as yours and same estimate.
