Just took Luggage Handle Wrap from one of my suitcases, and walla- easy, adjustable, cost effective and looking nice solution.

Huh? Am I seeing that correctly that you are using a velcro strap to create a huge amount of slack in the seat belt which basically eliminates it as a safety device in a crash?
If so, just get one of those seat belt cheaters for the buckle and don't even bother to wear a seat belt.
Thank you so much for directing me to the seat belt guide. My Lexus rear seats have it and it works great. Now my Model 3 rear seats have it too and it makes it so that the belt doesn’t rest on the neck.
The instructions on page 26 would be great if they worked. When you push the button in and raise/lower the angle it doesn't lock - it just swivels away .... :-(
