Cyber owl is from Bladerunner

Not sure if it’s already been mentioned, but it dawned on me yesterday that the owl in the reservation confirmation is a nod to the cyber genetic owl made by the Tyrell Corporation in the movie Bladerunner.

I love that Elon & company are sci-fi fans!

Syd Mead, the artistic director of the Blade Runner movie who did all the production and set design, has said that he loves the truck and that he is very proud that Musk has cited him and his Blade Runner style as an inspiration for the vehicle.
