This is a reaction video to the one published by Frank Stephenson ( https://youtu.be/CjPi6Cn4D5M ) He said that the Cybertruck is not timeless design and that it will "feel dated in a very short timespan." I don't think he has an accurate understanding of the future aesthetic preferences of the younger generations in the years to come. Does Tesla even have the final exterior and interior design done and ready for preproduction

Not sure what you mean by "Final" here.

I'm sure what was rolled out at the Cyber Rodeo is very close to the look/ dimensions the Cybertruck will have. Some things might change. For example the trucks at the Cyber Rodeo didn't have sail pillars storage which is still listed as a feature. But the overall look will be the same.

I have no issues with the exterior. Like Brando said, stainless steel is very durable and will last a very, very long time. What I have a problem with is the interior. It's way too sparse, missing the instrument display, as well as half the steering wheel. I compare it to sitting in the middle of an empty room with white walls. Put in the Lightning's interior and I'd be happy.

put pictures on your white walls
add your custom interior ... buttons, dials, lights, instruments, seats, whatever you want.

Lots of aftermarket buttons and displays to bling up your truck all you want.

You can start a whole new company which replaces the Tesla interior with antique dials and knobs.
