Cybertruck in Tesla App?

Hi guys, do you see your RN number and Cybertruck in your tesla app?

I can see my reservation on tesla.com in the account.. but I don't see it in the app.

I spoke to customer service, they can see it on my account as well.. but on the app, they just mentioned to sign out / sign in and delete / reinstall the app..
both of which didn't work...

any comments?

No, it's not in the app. I have solar panels going through the process as well; not in the app either.

I have got my solar done from Tesla.. Once you have the approval to power on, you will see in the app..

Thanks. It may be a while [for solar]. Ordered mid-April and I’m almost 3-weeks away from the site assessment step. At this rate, I might get the Cybertruck first.

Lol.. yup.. took me 7 months.. keep bothering them.. but nicely.. I used to call/email/text every week..
I had ordered last November and got approval to turn on in May..
Placed the order for solar and model Y at the same time.. from what I read online.. solar had lot of issues with panels and fires.. still went with it..
actually surprised I got solar done and still waiting for MY.. crazy..
