Damage from window tinting

We got our refresh LR tinted over the weekend. After we received the car, we noticed a wind noise from the driver's side window. Looks like the tint shop accidentally cut into this rubber piece on the quarter window so the rubber is not properly sealed with the side window. They are taking full responsibility for this but just wondering if this rubber piece can be repaired or if the whole quarter window glass needs to be replaced (since the rubber is glued onto the glass)? If so, does anyone know how much it usually costs? Feel bad for the guy to have to pay for this. Thanks.

Why? He messed it up, he should take care of it.

You should be able to just replace the seal.

@Thamanrp, we had the same thing happen, but didn’t notice it until over a year later. Fixing it on MX was $244 in 2019. Had to replace full corner piece.
