Damaged door panel

I had placed some box between the driver seat and door panel. Apparently the corner was sharp enough to puncture/bend it. Anyone have a good idea on how to fix it. I tried to apply the 1080 wrap around it, but the rubber is sticking up. Anyone have an idea on how to fix it, perhaps heat?

Would be very helpful to show us photos? Hard to understand how much damage, where it is relative to the panel, other perspectives, etc.
