Nonsense, it means the features marked beta are incomplete, not the entire car. So which functionality of the car aren't marked as "beta"?

In many of the videos he just runs over things, wasn't using FSD at all. Whenever the car's screen is visible there is always an error message constantly displayed and it's never clear enough to read. When you use FSD there is never a constant error message displayed normally so he modified something to do his tests.
The only thing weirder than that ad was Rupert Murdoch and Musk together.

It’s a beta and the motorist should be paying attention.

It only played in 5 markets. And I do believe this will result in a nice lawsuit for slander. Hope this a55hat thought it was worth it to bash a beta product.

I’m curious what they even mean to ban: by FSD do they mean only FSDb? Or maybe they meant just FSD Capability package (which just means features they didn’t show in any of the video clips)? Or did they mean AP? In other words, since most people using the term FSD are confusing it for what can be purchased or subscribed to (the second option above), Tesla could just say: banned and done! And not have to change a thing. 
The YouTube video has comments turned off, too bad.

Those kind of ad should be made by an independant validation organization to be more credible.
Running an ad payed by a competitor presents a strong conflict of interest to make the content very thoughtfully.
The ad or the article should compare different products together in the same situation.

Let the lawsuits begin. It's obvious this is all staged. Even with FSD off the forward collision should stop the car. It's not fully autonomous and requires an attentive driver and constant driver supervision. The driver in the ad was negligent and reckless.

I'm not agreeing with the ad but how is it different for tesla to stage their FSD in promo videos back in 2016 as testified by their engineer in court? Isn't this just equal playing field?
Tesla should be able to take a little heat if everything is on the up and up. It's not gonna make a significant difference. Customers can refute it by buying it and providing positive results.
Tesla has played the fake video game too and we don't need to bring up Elon's delirious promises. And youtube shills painting unrealistic FSDb performance.
I doubt Elon or Tesla would want a court battle to shine a light on potential FSDb dirt.
