According to Supercharge.info, Danbury is now at 224 days since construction start? I'd like to think Tesla wouldn't lose track of a location but it certainly seems forgotten. Does anyone have a contact(s) that might enlighten us as to what the issue is?

I was told there is a dispute over some sort of “easement issue”. Seems to be going on a long time. Hopefully it is resolved soon.

It seems absurd that wouldn't have been resolved before they completely built out the site.

I called Danbury Mall management today and spoke with Carol who checked with someone else who said it should be open in the few weeks, by the end of April the latest - I’m not kidding...

Was there tonite. No change. However, I called the mall earlier this week and the receptionist told me it should be open by May 1 — so similar to what was stated in an earlier post. I really hope it’s true. But I’ll believe it when I see it.
