Darien, CT Rest Area Open... Supercharger!

JUST drove by the Northbound Darien, CT Service Area - it's now open!

2 Superchargers are there! They are not quite operational yet... the ends still have bubble wrap on them, but I suspect they will be ready ANY DAY!

Southbound Darien, CT Rest Area (a mile away) is still under construction...

I believe so! This setup is exactly like the Milford, CT Southbound Station. Both North and South Milford stations also have solar panels above the gas pumps...

I'm guessing that those are Tesla's solar panels for the superchargers. Tesla is not only leasing a corner of their parking lot, but their roof as well.
