dash cam disappeared?

The dash cam that came with version 9 has disappeared from the screen? I've done the reboot but nothing there. Is this only available with EAP?

Nope, you don't need EAP to have it. Check your USB drive for issues.

I don't believe it's the drive since the camera icon has disappeared.

One of the reasons it may disappear is due to not seeing a flash drive with a TeslaCam folder in a USB port. Pretty easy to unplug and replug the flash drive.

Another possible reason is a corrupt USB drive. Try to reformat and create a new TeslaCam folder.

The car "does" need to see the correct folder in either of the USB ports. Bad usb stick? Folder name wrong?

USB stick plugged into the back seat usb ports? <------Don't laugh folks....you never know.
