Dashboard stain

Any recommendations on how to clean a stain from the dashboard plastic? I had a phone holder with suction cup for a few days and it left these marks. I tried baby wipes and microfiber cloth with non detergent soap. Thanks!

It likely pulled the oil from the dash. Reapply oil. Try Mothers VLR or similar?

I ordered both the mother's VLR and the Aerospace 303. I'm guessing I need to use the VLR first, then the Aerospace is a protectant only (not to treat the stain), correct?

I tried the VLR and the dash looks nicer but the marks are still there (slightly less noticeable). Any other ideas? Thanks!
