@ChewTypeR I'm not sure if you are able to tell but do you know if there is an inch of space between the tire and the control arm or fender well? Thinking of running 255/45/20 on mine but I don't know if there is enough space in the front.
Not sure about the other 255/45 but in another thread the 265/40 fits and would give you a bit more sidewall and be square with the tire

I'm actually fine with the current ride with the 20s. I wanted 255/45 because the tire I prefer, Michelin CrossClimates, only close to oem in that size.

They do fit by the way. I found a guy in the facebook MY group that uses them on a MYP. Hoping to avoid swapping out to snow tires during the winter.

Sorry for derailing your thread @ChewTypeR

Understood. I dont get much snow so I'm gonna try Pilot Sport A/S 4 in 265/40. Great to know those fit though!

Danny - I’m close to pulling the trigger on a set of these TS-5 20s, are 255x40 the recommended tire size? Can you do a 265? And is there any option for a staggered setup to mimic the OEM uberturbines?

Can you DM me with pricing or recommend the best way to contact you?
Of course! I DM'd you.
And I'll also post part of my message here for those who may be curious.

For the 20" Titan 7 T-S5, you can use 255/40 or 265/40 all around no problem. They're only 1.1% difference in overall diameter.

If you want to run staggered, we will have to borrow the 20x10 +40 from the Model 3. In that case, I would recommend Front: 255/40 and Rear: 285/35 to keep things as closes as possible while maximizing contact patch for the rear. For this setup, I would have to double check the load rating on the 20x10 for your Model Y. In practice, your rear will sit 8mm further out than the front 20x9.5 +35.
