Are we talking about the accent lights ( the strip of LEDs that runs around the entire headlight) or actual headlight being on?

The LED strip is on whIle I am driving. I can see the reflection on the car in front of me.

Here is a picture while it's on drive and auto on the headlights . My wife confirmed they are on.

Unfortunately I was not able to tell as I had no one with me at pickup... I was however running 2.20.60 firmware so your post is promising, I should know more Friday as I will have company!

I am on 2.20.50 as well. I am going to double check to see if mine stay on while I'm in drive. I will check tomorrow and let you guys know since its dark outside and that doesn't help our test.

yes they are on while on drive. I see it in reflections on cars upfront and building glass windows. Although it is not.full blast.on. I would say 70% brightness on the LEDs

I have read elsewhere that others do have it on, they are just not as bright.

I am on 2.22.50 and yes now my DRL work. I guess they started working when I received the update from 70 to 75. They aren't very bright but they do work when the lights are in "auto".

I really hope they do. I feel like its officially not fixed since everyone doesn't have it. I feel like another official update will be out soon. After the update they do seem brighter then when we had to turn the parking lights on to get them on...

No rhyme or reason. Some updates come out and everyone gets it within a week and some come out and it takes a month for all to get it.

My new car was at the Service center all weekend on Tesla wifi and didnt get the update... definitely no rhyme or reason to the updates just like the ordering / production process and out of order vin number production updates seem to go out in unknown / out of order batches from what I've read.

Firmware was on 2.20.30 upon delivery and DRLs did not work, now on 2.20.45 following a SC visit, still the same. Hopefully 2.22.50 will solve.

2.22.50 does not, but 2.22.75 (or whatever the masses get) hopefully will.

I downloaded 2.24.30 yesterday and it fixed the DRL problem.

Same here got the update alert yesterday updated last night to 2.24.30 my wife confirms DRL are now on in auto lighting mode!!
