So I guess I am the very first person that had a dead screen, guess what ? an installer tried to find 12v switch power and accidently zap the brain of the touchscreen, good news is , car is still drivable, bad news are. you can't turn on the A/C, you can't open the frunk, you can't see how much charge is left on your car, no audio...etc. Yup, you guessed it, since the brain is dead, I can't access anything through my phone either.
Car has been in the service center for almost 2 weeks, after the brain got swapped out, they need to talk to the engineer team to set up gateway, reconfigure, update special firmware....etc
I will update once I have more information.
