Deadline on completing a reservation?

If you you have a reservation for the Cybertruck, and then the model you reserved becomes available to configure / purchase, does anybody know if there is a deadline for how long you have to complete the purchase process? I.e. Does your reservation expire?

Base on model 3 experience: No. You can let them borrow $100 as long as you want.

They said they would start asking for details "late 2021", which means well into 2022 (maybe 2023) they are not going to cancel any reservations. Not much upside to Tesla to send you the $100 back, right?

An incentive might exist if the price of FSD increased dramatically.

I am very skeptical that FSD will actually go up in price. Since it has zero marginal cost, it becomes an easy demand lever. Other companies will have various forms of self-driving, and this will cause price competition.

There have already been FSD price increases, to think it won't happen again is silly. No competitor is close to Tesla when it comes to FSD.
