I agree with CaptainMorgs, plastidip or vinyl wrap is easily removed and the chrome or stainless beneath is left unmarred. You can also buy them online almost any color and ready to install. Like jkoya mentioned, the plastidip is very popular because of its ease of application and removal. It also now comes in several colors but I only know of people using the black. I used a matte black detail tape and made my own pieces that will peel off easily if I change my mind.

Sorry for my delayed response. I couldn't remember, so I had to find my receipt.......
Front was tinted with Xpel Prime Plus 45
Rear was tinted with Xpel Prime Plus 20
Rear windshield and roof glass was Xpel Prime Plus 70
Full exterior PPF and Tint was installed by vendor @Premiertint
The wait was well worth it! M3 Stealth Performance. This car is unreal!

That's like my perfect configuration. How much did you end up spending overall?
Just ordered these in 18" Matte Black. Originally chose space gray but I decided if I ever do chrome delete matte black does work out better.
I got the RS1's with TPMS mounted, balanced and wrapped in RE71R for right around $3300.

I am getting the wheels done in a grey/gunmetal. I wish that was available when I got my 3.
Tint is XPEL XR Plus. 20% all around minus windshield which is actually 50% (was going to do 70% but noticed that even 50% didn't reduce vision).
