Default Amperage gen 3 wall charger

So I just got done installing my gen 3 charger. It’s on a 20A line/breaker and it defaulted to 60A. Is this normal? Or would it correct itself when actually under load. My concern is just for someone who doesn’t know their wire capacity and starts blowing breakers or worse…

it defaults to 60amps but is supposed to be commissioned (the instructions will tell you to do that, starting on page 22):
