Definitive Range increases?

Hello, Trying to figure out how the 18" Martian MW03 wheels compare to the 19" Gemini Aero wheels when it comes to range. Some people say martians are lighter and you get better range, others say Gemini's do better with the Aero covers.....has there been a definitive test anywhere? Does anyone know? Looking at a road trip setup for my Model Y Performance, these uberturbines suck for efficiency.
