Recently I heard from a Showroom Manager that deliveries have been done by Order Date for a few months now. We’ve all been accustom to the “Profile Completion” race to become a priority in the mass queue by selecting “No Trade In” and “Cash” to systematically show readiness. It seems the logic now is to deliver cars by the date in which the order was received chronologically oldest to newest, and to have customers complete their profiles once VIN’s are assigned. This makes total sense.
