They called about 3 hours prior and said there were some 'electronics issue' the techs found and it needs a 'simple firmware upgrade'. The car was built in late July.... Shouldn't a firmware upgrade take hours not days? They delayed me for 3-4 days with no confirmation it would be done by then. If it's a firmware upgrade how can they not know if it's done for 3-4 days? Does not feel right.
