Hi Guys, thought I would finally let you know I am Roadster Friends and Family #9, whatever that means, I don't think it helped my sequence number.....will be sacrificing my Roadster for the Model S by way of trade-in. Have a Feb - Mar delivery, but am still in the dark about everything with Tesla, so just sitting back and will see what happens...... :)

Doesn't seem like many Alberta reservation holders visit this site.....or don't post, or maybe they aren't many??

Hey, you got my number! I mean you really did, I used to be R9 before I upgraded to Sig.

Yeah, the sequence number ended up being only a very coarse indication of when you'd get your car.

Here is a view of the Mississauga service centre first thing this morning. I think that there were 12 cars there (sounds like some were destined for Montreal). Mine is the blue one in the centre of the frame. Can't wait till Saturday.

Well, it seems I jumped the gun a bit. Apparently, my car is still in Toronto, since the truck going to Montreal was full. Probably one of the black ones above.
It should make it to Montreal in the "next few days" ... This is killing me ... :)

Yes. Lots.

P232 Delivered and home!!!!! Technically no official due bill items other than chrome on charge connector, green plates, and a perhaps a minor fit adjustment for hood and hatch. Fit and finish seems good. Rear seats are installed in the car! 19" rims are in stock. Snow tires are on. Hakka R's are noise free on the highway! Awesome experience. 45km on car when delivered and version 4.2 installed. Wow is it powerful. Cant help push it and activate traction control on every start on the wet roads.

Now gotta go drive! Have fun.

So are there others who have received rear jump seats? I'm happy for you P owners, but ... I'm glad I have had the car for a few weeks; but I still can't drive anywhere with my whole family (4 kids) since I'm waiting still for the seats. Has anyone heard from Tesla about adding them (other than 'due bill items should be completed by the end of March)? I've politely emailed a few different people, but have gotten nothing. So much for being a valued Signature (aka sucker) customer. Thankfully the car itself is awesome and continually improves. I just REALLY hate driving my SUV and it looks like I'll be forced to for a while longer, since my wife doesn't want me to let my oldest hunker down in the back under a blanket ;)

Is someone planning a Canadian S event yet? There should be a lot of cars around by April...

This almost looks like Black. It's Dark Blue Metallic, right?

Greetings all,
p307. Red 85. Been quietly lurking for the last year but needed to let StenKB that indeed there are more Albertans eagerly awating their Model S.
Been living vicariously through all the awesome delivery stories on this thread.

Hey Grassy,

You are one P behind me. :) Have you finalized/scheduled delivery? What did they give you as a delivery time?

For those that have received their cars (or at least received confirmation their car has shipped) I was wondering how the process worked? I'm P135 and had a delivery window of Jan. 31-Feb. 15. Since receiving my delivery window I've received zero additional information about my delivery, about how to pay for the car, or about anything else. I've sent e-mails to the delivery team 2 weeks ago which went unanswered. I phoned the delivery number & got bounced to 2 people: the first claimed he didn't deal with Canadian orders, the second told me I would have to be referred to a 'Canadian delivery specialist' who would phone me the next day (this past Wednesday). Wednesday comes and the delivery specialist could only tell me my VIN, he had no idea where my car was nor what the status of my paperwork was, "nothing was in the system" so he'd have to get back to me. It's now Friday & I have yet to receive any additional info.

I understand delays especially with me being in Edmonton & there being so few cars coming up this way compared to Ontario or Quebec. I'm disappointed that I've been unable to get any information whatsoever about my car & its status.

Hi Spurkey,

I'm in Lethbridge - and have had the exact same horrible service from Tesla as well - over and over..... But I loved my Roadster, and I know I will love the Model S, so cross your fingers, keep pestering Tesla and hope for the best... any other company I would have taken my business elsewhere but what do you do when there is only one company to get this awesome car from?

Note: Glad to start hearing other Albertans getting cars - was mighty lonely never seeing any other Roadsters over the past few years! I expect to see at least a few Model S in the coming months...

Agreed. Tesla has done some amazing things, both with the technology in the car and the direct ordering no-greasy-salesman stuff, but also some very aggravating things in terms of PR and communication. Glad to hear you've enjoyed your Roadster in AB, I very nearly bought one myself back in 2010 before deciding to go with another car. It was during my Roadster evaluations that I found out about the S which led to me putting my deposit down. I'm still excited about getting the car, it's a shame customer service isn't better handled.

And another S coming to Central Alberta March 4-18. (I hope!)
