Delivery Day Tomorrow!

Very excited. Was originally planned to pick up Tuesday but I'm in the Northeast and forecast calls for 10" snow then. I called my Delivery Specialist and he said truck was arriving today and could push it up to tomorrow.

Now I'll have all weekend before this snowstorm arrives to drive around. Never been so excited about driving around before.

I've seen the delivery day checklists posted. Anything else I should know or be aware of?

Everything is taken care of. Just have to write check for rest of down payment.

You will LOVE driving your Tesla!

Glad you got to have some fun with the car before you guys get hit with all that snow. Not sure I'd want to venture out with a new car.

I was in one of the big Chicago snow storms back in 70s I think it was. Lady slid into our car on the ice at an intersection and luckily we were able to drive it home although it took us something like 12 hours from UICC campus to north suburbs and passing lots of abandoned cars who either gave up stuck in snow drift or who ran out of gas. Whether running out of gas or electrical charge these days, not good!

I did a pretty thorough inspection of our S 100D two weeks ago, so when we were cleared to pick it up on 2 days ago, we only needed to do a quick walkthrough before signing the papers.

The only item I missed - I didn't check the seat controls for the driver & passenger seats. The passenger lumbar isn't working - and now will require a trip to the Service Center. Otherwise, everything else appears to be perfect!
