FWIW - Our Y scheduled delivery was canceled. no explanation... upon digging, we learned that even though we had paid off 100% , and were scheduled for delivery of the car.. it now said we owed $67.07 and so they scratched delivery, till we paid off the balance....
Turns out... since Tesla's offer on our M3 trade in, was more than we owed on the loan at the credit union, the balance in equity would be applied to the Y. But, Telsa payoffs missed their calculated date for payoff at our local bank, so the loan pay off was more than they had originally calculated. Hence, they deducted it from the balance on the Y.. hence tipping our balance due from from "$0" to $67 short.
Delivery advisor couldn't even follow her own email chain. So, with a short call to 508.975.4230 option 3, the situation was quickly resolved with a skillful, "yes your right, that's absurd." So the gentleman quickly took my cc#, charged $67 and got the car put on the trailer, and gave me a $100 credit in the store.
