Delivery Delayed due to "IT Outage"

I was supposed to take delivery today of my model 3 but the delivery center called last night (and confirmed again today) that they are undergoing an IT outage and have to delay delivery until Monday.

Has anyone else encountered this? I expected the Tesla experience to be more polished by this point.

If the Tesla servers are in a California area affected by wildfires and they have no fail-over data center, it's going to be tough for them to record your delivery properly.
