Delivery Documentation

Any recent purchasers have issues getting their transfer/purchase documentation from Tesla? I bought my used X (traded in my Model 3) on 5/30 and still have not received my paperwork. When I bought my Model 3 in 2018, I got the paperwork within 2 weeks. I reached out to the delivery specialist who assisted with my delivery and he provided me with a FedEx tracking number that shows a label was created on June 8th. C'mon Tesla...it doesn't take 60 days to prepare and send documentation for me to transfer my car. I spoke to a friend who recently bought a Model Y and his delivery docs were emailed to him 7 days after his purchase. Me? I'm driving around on an expired temp tag.

took delivery in beginning of May, still waiting for my license plate where the temp tag is set to expire in 3 weeks as of this writing.

I just got my fedax package last week. Took delivery on 6/13... I went to local tax office got my tax/title and registration done in the same week and got my license plate. I talked to SC manager about this before I received my package, she told me that your temp tag has two sides, mine is till end of July and due to COVID 19, even your tag expired, you still have 60 days to get your plate... so be patient is the only way for now...
