To make a long story short...

We may be taking delivery on our new model X when we will be out of the country.

Ex.

Delivery set for June 31st and we will be out of the country till August 31st.

What will Tesla do if I can't take it within a week of their delivery dates?

Sell it and refund me my deposit or sell it and keep my deposit?

You are at default no refund of the deposit as per the Motor vehicle purchase agreement.
