Delivery Notification - Only on Monday's?

I've seen within a thread noting that delivery notifications only go out on Monday's? Is that everyone's experience? Is it a TM procedure?

I've seen the same comments, and would also like to know if Monday's are now the only time that Delivery Notifications are sent out.

If you see the other Delivery threads, you'll see that Delivery emails go out pretty much any day. Seems like some got theirs yesterday even.
