READY TO BE PICKED UP! We are excited to make your delivery experience as seamless as possible. Once your car is ready, you will receive a text message informing you your vehicle is ready to be picked up at our Costa Mesa Sales and Delivery Center. The text message will also include where your car is parked (space number) and onsite instructions. Only after receiving this text message should you arrive at the delivery center.
Please DO NOT arrive on location until you received the text message. Failure to receive the text message and arriving at the delivery center will result in an unknown wait time. No one on-site at delivery or showroom will be able to assist you. Your vehicle is projected to be ready

This unique delivery experience will be completely without human interaction. If you are unable to pick-up your vehicle within 7 days from delivery date, the car attached to your account will be released. We will enable a hold on your account which will make you eligible to have a new vehicle assigned to you on August 1st. Based on vehicle production, we anticipate your new delivery to take place in September.
To ensure your pick-up is not postponed or cancelled, please complete the below tasks:
In Advance of Your Delivery:
SIGN DOCUMENTS AND SUBMIT PAYMENT VIA YOUR TESLA ACCOUNT:
Prior to pick-up, please be sure to log into your
Tesla account and complete the following.
(This information will be visible on your Tesla account 24-hours prior to your scheduled date):
· Upload your proof of insurance where indicated
(if not completed already)
· Electronically sign your financial contract
(Tesla Leasing/Tesla Lending – ONLY). Please make sure your
CO-SIGNER (if applicable to you) checks their email and signs as well.
· Submit payment via ACH in MyTesla or Wire Transfer
· Third Party Lending – We require a copy of the check AND tracking number sent to this email in order to confirm your appointment if you do not physically have it by day of delivery.
DOWNLOAD THE TESLA APP:
Before your appointment, download the
Tesla app to access our video tutorials and support resources. Your Tesla will automatically pair to the app once your vehicle is ready for pick-up.

PICKING UP YOUR TESLA:
You will receive step by step instructions via email and SMS on the day of delivery. Your Tesla will be available for pick-up onsite, you may head straight to your vehicle by your appointment time.
There will not be any staff members present onsite to assist with your pick-up. This is to ensure the safety of our customers and employees to help fight against COVID-19. The vehicle will be unlocked with your documents inside ready for you to sign. Please find your new car parked in the on the map below in Green.
You will be required to pick-up your vehicle immediately upon arrival. Due to our high volume, we need to clear all spaces for incoming customers. Please perform any inspections at the comfort of your home. Any service concerns can be addressed and uploaded through your mobile app within 12-hours of your pick-up.
SIGNATURES NEEDED:
Your Tesla will have time sensitive Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) documents inside. These documents will be highlighted where signatures are required. Please sign ONLY where indicated, in
BLACK or
BLUE ink*. Please drop off signed documents on our garage desk.
VEHICLE KEYS:
While your phone is intended to be the primary key for your Tesla, we also provide you with 2 keys which will be given to you after documents have been dropped off on our garage desk. Your Tesla Mobile App will allow you to set-up your phone as a key after you have accepted delivery.

Your Tesla has built-in tutorial videos to help ensure you are comfortable with the essential features of your vehicle. To help maximize your immediate enjoyment of your Tesla, we recommend reviewing the below videos before taking delivery of your new Tesla.
