Sounds like an intern’s AB test and your order happens to be in the test bucket

The disappearing EDD may have started with orders right around your timeframe. I ordered on 7/17 and had an October EDD, followed by a few days of September 15-30, then October, now gone... who knows...

Same I was holding from sept 18-sept 30 until it disappeared on Saturday.

Just tell your SA what referral link you have and they can add it.

EDD is showing 9-8/9-28 for a week now. It's been hovering around these dates since I placed the order.

I think those were examples that Elon could come up with off the top of his head. But it makes sense. Tesla reported they were able to skirt the chip shortage through the use of micro controllers (airbag, seatbelt, window modulators, etc) but it sounds like sometimes even those are hard to find and when they find a new supplier it takes time to write new firmware and verify it.

Your SA actually gave you an email? Or a phone number? I ordered mine at the Burbank location and walked out with no business card, no phone number, no email address. Every attempt to get back in contact has been met with silence.
