Who indeed? Only 3 SC's Brattelboro, Burlington, Montpelier (and I suppose we ought to count Lebanon, NH as, though it's just over the border it is on the Interstate to Nowhere)

Does the AFDC count "stations" as locations or by charging connectors? And is that methodology consistent between L2 and L3/DCFC stations? E.g. is a supercharger station that has 12 supercharging stalls and 2 dual-headed L2 EVSE (i.e. capable of serving 4 cars) getting counted as 1, 2, 3, 5, 13, 14, or 16?
