I'm going to contact the installer of my PPF, but does anyone know if the paint-less dent repair process available in the market will work on a panel with PPF? I ended up with a small ding on my left rear quarter panel and will definitely want to get it fixed. Just wondering if it's going to affect the PPF.

If the dent repair is the type where they access & repair (push out) the dent from the backside of the panel, then no the PPF will not be affected/harmed by the repair process.

For dent repairs where they apply a suction type device to the outside/exposed surface of the dent, then there’s probably a much higher risk for the PPF to get damaged (pulled/separated from the paint surface).

The dent repair specialist should be able to advise/confirm either way. The PPF installer will likely not know since PPF installers normally don’t get involved with dent repair.
