Detailer or Tesla SC

I discover this morning this mark on the passenger door.

It does seem like a mark over the paint.
No bump, no deep scratch.

Should I bring the car to a detailer or to Tesla SC?
What's your opinion?

Tesla SC doesn't do this work in house and they send it out to one of their own authorized shops. So, if you're paying for it either way, I would just take it directly to your paint shop (or ask Tesla for their recommended shop).

Are swirls an issue on white cars as well? (Obviously they happen, but can you see them in the sun?)
