This is a very valuable addition to older cars. My wife and I love our front camera. The install is not really difficult it is probably more a case of being intimidated if you are not accustomed to prying open dash panels and poking around. My service center noticed the switch box addition and did some tongue clucking about any modifications. I will probably remove the camera if I trade my S back to Tesla. They will not regard it as a valuable addition. It sure would be considered a valuable addition if I sell the car privately.

Sorry, there is no way to capture the video feeds.. there has been significant discussion on this. The protocol and the format prevent that. It's totally non-standard.

All of those are pretty easy, I think it's about minimum production numbers to make PCB, constructio, and assembly n feasible.

Nope. That has been well covered, both the protocol and format are non-standard. Artsci and his crew tried. It's not doable.
