Diagnostics are a secret?

Had my first virtual battery diagnostic test done and was told I was not allowed to have the report. Hard to understand this because I own the car and the battery and any service provided should be transparent, just as with my previous gasoline power card. This just seems wrong at the consumer should have access to this data. Thoughts?

Yes some parts are only available from tesla, thats pretty typical though.
