I'm getting very far on the construction of my new curbside charging station for the Model S. But I'm now at the stage where I need a critical dimension: the diameter of the cord that leads from the UMC to the Model S plug. The UMC and all of its cord will be mounted in a waterproof plastic bollard with a lockable hinged door. When I want to plug in the Model S I'll just pull out about 4 feet of the cord, plug it into the Model S, and close the door around the cord. I need to cut a hole in the door for that purpose and it has fit tightly to prevent water intrusion. Can anyone measure it for me? I'd be very grateful.

Will post photos in about a week of the new charging station. I've been working on it now for about a month and it's moving down the home stretch.

14-15 mm according to my trusty calipers, depending on where I take the measurement. (It's nearly, but not quite, round.)
