So we got PTO from SDG&E weeks ago, but still have ropes on the roof and the Tesla quality engineer keeps finding things that need fixing.

I've been trying to figure out how to access them after Tesla removes the rope. The rope right now is covering up some of my solar panels, so it may be lowering my output.
In my case, I think they only left a couple of the anchors and took the rest out. To access them, you'd need to use their "claw" tool to pop the tile up from its clips. We've had some debate here (in other threads) about the risk of breakage when popping up tiles.

Just the opposite for most people. The install was done but the PTO was delayed.
Wow, that's a really long time! I think they are finally done with my roof! Ropes are gone as of 10am this morning!
You can thank Covid (and its impact on Tesla, City Inspection department, etc.) for the delay. What a difference a year makes!!!
Also, good to hear Tesla cleaned up their mess. Did they give you the roof as a souvenir?
