Did Hermont tires (remote tire service in Vancouver) go under?

Tried to get a flat repaired (ended up going to Fountain Tire nearby) and my boss is trying to get his rim repaired. No answers to emails or phone calls when in the past they were really timely with their responses.

Curious if anyone else is having issues or has tried contacting them recently.
