No. I just took delivery today and no owner’s manual. Just the electronic copy.

Electronic copy, but you should have gotten an abbreviated guide when you bought the car.

Not every time. The latest version of the manual is 2019.36.1, which means it hasn't been updated since September.
No need to even log into your account. Just do a Google search for "Tesla Model 3 Manual" and it should be one of the first results

ETA: so as to not seem like I am glossing over this detail: everyone is correct that it is also available in your car.
It depends on when you bought the car. And if it did have one, it is out of date.
