did Tesla repaint my front bumper, and do a crappy job about it?

I had my car opticoated and Xpel'ed over this past week. In the process, we noticed something quite funky about my front bumper. It looks like it was repainted, and a relatively crappy job was done about it. It looks like major pieces (e.g., chrome, intake) were taped off, and then it was re-sprayed. This is instead of having the bumper pulled from the body and then fully sprayed. Paint looks like it's peeling off of certain places, it looks jagged as if tape was pulled away from the bumper and fraying the paint. Overall, not too happy about this. Does this look to be the case to you guys?

Took it in to the service center. Zero questions asked, they agreed it looked like something happened and it was re-sprayed. They're going to pull the bumper, repaint it properly, and then reimburse taking it back in to get re-xpel'ed and re-opticoated. +1 for Tesla service making this zero-headache.
