At this point I would file a lawsuit. If you don't have a title you don't own the car so Tesla has not completed their end of the sale.

I would go to the attorney generals office in the state that you live.

Once the lead prosecutor in the state gets involved I guarantee Tesla will suddenly fix the issue if they have an already.

Is everyone having this issue paying cash for their cars? If not, why are the lenders/banks not freaking out about not having a lien on the title?
