Did Tesla steal my car?

I turned in my Model x for a minor service on Monday. For the last four days at 5pm we get a message saying that they need one more day to complete the service.

We tried calling all numbers we have but have not succeeded at reaching a human being in the last four days. The only thing we get is a voice mail but nobody ever gets back to us when we leave a message.

Does anyone know how to speak to a human at Tesla service. Our car is at the Elston service center in Chicago.

I really need my car back but I don’t know how to get it or even to find out what is going on.

Any advice is appreciated.

The main number we have been trying to call is 773-7650876. This is the one with the voice mail that leads to nowhere.

Tesla must be monitoring this forum. For the first time in 4 days they returned my call 20 minutes after I posted this.

Still not sure when I get my car back. No loaners. I can get Uber credit but I am supposed to go on a camping trip next week and this is my only car.
