did you using it ? and why they didnt offer app for android or iphone ?

I live in Canada and a Teslafi user for the last two years. Since this is a web app running on any browser (ie on any devices), I don’t see why you would not be able to use it. Also, they show a list of software releases with users that are from all around the globe. I use this app all the time to track my trips, charging cost and firmware revisions. I also use this to track my business traveling. As for the token, this is managed directly in the app. You can manually or automatically renew your token after a period of time. Never had any security problem with this app. If you want to try it for one month, I can privately send you a reference code with instructions.
