Did the 60kWh Model S get discontinued?

I noticed on the Tesla Motors page with the introduction of the S 70D that they no longer list the S 60. Is the S 60 no longer in production?

To answer your question... yes, the S60 has been discontinued and is replaced by the S70.

Specifically the S60 has been discontinued.
It had a single motor in the rear of the car.

The new 70D is the replacement model, and it is AWD with motors in both the front and the rear.
There are numerous other upgrades (and slight price increase) from the S60 to the 70D.

Yep, I was at the VA dealership yesterday, they had at least one 60 demo car in the parking lot.

3 of the 4 'trim levels' offered are AWD... which leads me to believe that 2WD may be next on the chopping block.

Also. ALL have super charging now.
