Got tint installed on my side windows yesterday. 3M Ceramic, 30 on front, 15 on rear. I went back today because there was a tough to reach area that had not been fully tacked down. They fixed that and when I was cleaning the outside of my windows, I noticed these circles on the exterior of the window (see attached). I saw them using a little butane lighter (similar to that used to light a cigar) in attempt to dry up some of the water spots under the film. It looks like they burned some type of coating off the window or actually burned the window..
Can anyone provide any insight to this and/or recommend how to handle with the tint shop? This is a 3M authorized and advertises as Tesla Motors Club Official Partner
