Was waiting for a Model 3 till I took a test drive of a Model S. Placed an order that night so what more fitting name than "Carpe Diem". But also frequently referred to as Tessie.

I’d probably do ビバップ (Bebop) or Shinjuku (as is in English).

Was looking up lightning god names and Raijin came up as the Japanese god of thunder and lightning. Raiden is an alias and more recognizable because of Mortal Kombat....and being half Japanese myself it fit nicely.

We’re still working on a name. Many options start with Starship, and others have a Harry Potter theme. My youngest refers to non Tesla’s as Muggle cars.

Named my P100D S - Mjölnir initally (Thor's hammer), but now have it named Thor and our new Blue Model X is Elektra.

Do like Mjolnir as a name for a Tesla. It just works somehow.
