Different hardware in the drive train

What is the differens in the hardware in the drive train in P85D, 85D and 70D. I have read about all kind of different things about this. From that all drive units are the same with differens software and different gearing in the front and the back to that all models have different drive units.
I think for my self that there are two different drive units A and B and also different software to all models.
P85D has A and B
85D has A and A
70D has A and A
85 has B

Does someone know for sure how it is?

Believe it goes like this:

Original drive unit (60, 85)
P drive unit (upgraded inverter) used in P85 and P85D rear motor
New smaller/next gen drive unit (P85D Front, 70D, 85D)

But there must be harder software restriction on the 85D then on the front of P85D because the specs say 221hp in the front of the P85D and 2x211hp on the 85D. The 85 should have the same hardware as the P85D back, it would be unnecessary expensive to build two different drive unit I think.
