Difficulty contacting anyone at Tesla

    This forum has been amazing helpful in purchasing and choosing my first Tesla. That being said, the inability to contact anyone at Tesla outside of my sales rep has been difficult for me to swallow considering the amount of money I am spending. I received an email a few days ago from a delivery specialist stating that my LR RWD M3 was ready to be delivered to my home and they scheduled me for this coming Monday from 6-8pm. Unfortunately, I have a business dinner to attend that night and won't be home. I have tried emailing and calling the delivery specialist and have received no response. I tried calling Tesla directly but was unable to reach anyone after 1 hour on hold. I contacted my sales advisor who said the only thing they could do was send an email to the delivery team and that they would get back to me. This was all on Monday and I still haven't heard back from them. Not sure what to do at this point. Anyone have any suggestions.
