Diffusor + Lip Spoiler install BEFORE or AFTER PPF?

A few questions in regards to the timing of PPF and Diffusor+Spoiler install.
What makes more sense?

1. PPF front and rear bumper, then install the Diffusor and Spoiler?
2. First install Diffusor and Spoiler, then PPF the bumpers.

I'm worried whether the PPF will actually hold the Diffusor + Lip Spoiler, as they are taped to the car.
If PPF is done first, the Diffusor + Spoiler will be attached to the PPF..

If one attaches them first (eradicates stability concerns), putting PPF film on front and rear bumpers will be either a nightmare or they'd have to cut around them (which sucks..).

As well:
The carbon Lip Spoiler is relatively simple. Would be probably a good idea to put PPF on it as well. I imagine this could be done at the end? Or is it better to put PPE on the spoiler BEFORE the install?

Cheers guys!
