Diminished Value attorney in MN ?

Wanted to see if anyone is aware of a good attorney for diminished value claims in Minnesota (St Paul / Mpls in particular).

I'm not really sure if there are DV attorneys, there wouldn't be enough skin in the game for them unless it was an injury accident. You would have a DV estimator complete an inspection and calculate an exact amount for DV. You would then submit the DV claim with the other party's insurance.

Thanks. From everyone I've talked with that step is often (or always?) useless as insurance companies lowball until an attorney is involved so best to just skip to having an attorney do it.
